French Art Nouveau 18k Chain Necklace
This
elegant French necklace is from art nouveau era early
19c named Draperie as it graciously ornate the neck.
This beautiful typically French necklace is all incredibly
hand made open work.
10 double side ornate links in art nouveau design are
gathered together continuing with an original closure.
The work is extremely beautiful and all hand made. This
beauty is made of 18k yellow solid gold tested and is
in mint condition. Once you touch this beauty you can
feel the smooth feeling of early 19c era 18k gold chain.
It measures 42 cm 16.5 inches and weights 14.5 grams.

ANTIQUE VICTORIAN DIAMOND BRACELET 18K GOLD
This
is a stunning antique Victorian gold bracelet, crafted
in a delicate crossover bypass motif. The upper polished
squared terminals are prong set with old Mine cut diamonds,
and the upper shoulders of this lovely work of art are
detailed with Etruscan gold bead work of the highest
quality. This lovely bracelet has been remarkably well
preserved.
The
gold is not marked, but has been thoroughly tested throughout
the entire piece and tests positive for 18K. Total gold
weight - 14.1 grams. There are minor surface scratches
on this bracelet, as well as some slight age patina
near the upper terminals. I will leave the decision
to clean or polish to the new owner.
The
upper squared areas of the crossover motif measure 1/2"
each. Inset in hand crafted buttercup prong settings
are Old Mine cut diamonds, total weight as measured
in settings approximately 1/2 carat, with each diamond
just under 1/4 carat as measured.
Diamonds:
3.95 x 3.7 x 2.7 mm depth - estimated weight .23 carat
and 4.0 x 3.75 x 2.7 mm depth with estimated weight
of .24 carat. Weights as measured: .47 carat twt. They
are both of very high color grade, H or better, and
VS2 to SI1 internally. One diamond has a small visible
natural on the girdle edge. Because of their high crown
height and cushion shapes, weights are provisional based
upon difficulty of measurement in their settings.
The
bracelet circumference is 7 1/2", with an inside
wrist diameter measurement of 2". This smaller
wrist size is quite typical of antique Victorian jewelry
as the average wrist size of Victorian women was indeed
much smaller than today. The thickness of the bracelet
bangle measures 5.0 mm.
The
inside lower edge of the bangle near the hinge is marked
with a cartouche. It reads: Pat. Nov 12, '78. (1878).

Stunning Czech jeweled enameled brass necklace Circa
1930. Really beautiful and in really good condition.
Black enamel chipped in one spot in lower right corner
of center pendant, but can easily be filled in. Gorgeous
large center piece 2" square. Entire center piece
hangs 3 1/2". Chain 16" not including the
well working clasp. Dramatic red glass center stone
with three pretty red glass drop stones. No markings

Art Deco 18k Diamond Sapphire Snake Ring
This is a very special,
delicate and fine French 1920s art deco snake ring. It
displays very lovely goldsmith handwork in 18k yellow
gold tested, French eagle’s head hallmark on the
band. The ring is designed as twisted two snake’s
heads with two genuine oval sapphires .15 points each
and four brilliant cut diamonds .2 points each.
All finely set in 18k yellow gold with an elegant fine

Diamonds Bracelet Watch

VINTAGE 18K ROSE GOLD
BRACELET WATCH w/12 DIAMONDS
Vintage,
warm, gleaming 18K Rose Gold watch circa 1930s.
Before
the restoration, this simply spectacular timepiece was
name branded MUNDI. But dust inside the workings brought
the mechanism to a halt.
Tourneau
Watch Repair, Madison Avenue, New York City replaced
the manual wind mechanism with a quartz movement. The
crystal was replaced late 2005. The sapphire cabochon
is original to the piece.
It
is the rice or teardrop links of the bracelet that provide
the main attraction here. Perfect, undulating, connected
at last by a clasp and delicate safety chain. No repairs
or damages.
The
18K/750 mark is stamped on the back casing. The diamonds,
6 set on either side of the timepiece face.
